Roofing
If your roof is over 15 years old, you may need to have it inspected to fix some small problems. Try to see if you notice blistered, curled or split shingles, loose or missing shingles, exposed nails; these are just a few things to look out for. Also, you will want to have your pipe collars inspected because those flashings will not last the life of your roof, they are only designed to last about 15 years. We’ll also come to you to inspect your home.
At LaBrusciano, we know that each job is different from one another. Therefore, pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cedar Shake roofs, similar to our other roof material options, can last up to 50 years but require regular maintenance to ensure its durability and quality.
If you are aiming for a roof that is beautiful, durable, and increases the value of your home, Slate Roofs are a great option. Contact our roofing professionals to learn more about what roofing material is perfect for your home.
While Shingle Roofs require a few replacements in between, slate roofs tend to maintain its quality for the duration of its lifetime. On the flip side, shingle roofs have their own benefits to them— you can’t go wrong with any roofing material you choose!
Siding
If you experience window leaks, wall leaks, siding damage, termite damage or your siding is just old, it may be time to get new siding.
About 40-50 years, the only maintenance Vinyl siding should require is a good power washing every other year.
We recommend you start by removing anything from the walls on the interiors of your house so we don’t knock anything off during the removal and installation.
Every house is different, this is a case by case situation.
Gutters
Gutters direct water away from your house, and can protect your house and basement from flooding.
If your gutters are leaking, falling off, dented, damaged, or if they are not pitched correctly in any way you want to consider replacing your gutters.
This would be on a case to case basis.
Gutters should last a very long time, usually around 30 years.
If you do not have gutter guards you should have your gutters cleaned out at least twice a year, once in the fall after all the leaves fall off the trees, and once in the spring time.
Stucco
"Weep screed", is a small opening or hole that is placed in the masonry walls of a building, typically at the bottom of the wall and near the foundation, to allow trapped water to escape from the wall. Weep reliefs are typically used in building envelopes where water can accumulate, such as in walls that are designed with a cavity, or in walls that are built to be air- and moisture-permeable. The main function of weep reliefs is to prevent water from accumulating in the cavity of a wall and causing damage. When water gets inside the wall, it can cause mold, rot, or other forms of damage, and can also degrade the insulation and thermal performance of the building. Weep reliefs allow the trapped water to escape, preventing damage and maintain the wall system's integrity.
EIFS is a synthetic stucco made of polystyrene foam, fiberglass mesh, and a finish coat. Traditional stucco is a cement-based plaster made of cement, lime, and water. We can help you with both!
With proper maintenance, stucco can last 50-80 years.
